Unpasturized Milk
Want to cure or prevent cancer? It is extremely simply to do but most find the lifestyle hard to implement. The key is having an uncompromised healthy immune system. Easily said but hard to do you ask? Not really, all that is necessary is you eat and live like your great grandparents did 100 years ago.
It is really that simple? Remove all the grand advances corporate farmers and food processors have lain at your feet and eat exactly as your great grandparents did. No food or drink from a box, no high fructose corn syrup, no food of genetically engineered (GMO) origin, no coke, no StarBucks, no McDonalds, no growth hormone in beef, the list is all encompassing and yes, no pasteurized milk.
Raw Milk is one of those luxuries your great grandparents took for granted that many of us are only now finding available again. Raw milk, didn’t that cause 1,000’s to be sick and diseased before pasteurization came along?
Grass Fed Cows
The answer is no, raw milk helped 1,000’s remain healthy and cancer free before pasteurization came along. The “preventing disease” folklore surrounding pasteurization was concocted to support large dairy operations where milk from many producers was combined and corporate cleanliness and timeliness was sacrificed. In other words, making money was the goal not making anyone healthy. (The same primary goal factory farms, factory dairies and processed food producers have followed from day one.)
So, let’s get to it. Our family personally drinks raw milk daily. We also use it for cooking, and share it with our pets. We found a local supplier of organic produce, organic grass feed and finished beef, free range chickens and eggs and raw milk from grass fed dairy cows.
(CLA) is a newly discovered good fat called “conjugated linoleic acid” that may be a potent cancer fighter. In animal studies, very small amounts of CLA have blocked all three stages of cancer: 1) initiation, 2) promotion, and 3) metastasis.
Most anti-cancer agents block only one of these stages. What’s more, CLA has slowed the growth of an unusually wide variety of tumors, including cancers of the skin, breast, prostate, and colon.
Linoleic acid, vitamin D and other nutrient intakes in the risk of non-Hodgkin lymphoma: an Italian case-control study. Our study suggests that a diet rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids and vitamin D is associated with a reduced risk of NHL.
More benefits of unheated raw milk and raw milk cheese:
- Unpasteurized milk has the enzyme phosphataze that allows the body to absorb the calcium from the milk. This allows for the digestion of lactose.
- Milk before pasteurization is rich in colloidal minerals and enzymes, which are necessary for the absorption and utilization of sugars and fats in the milk.
- When milk is heated it becomes precipitated with minerals that cannot be absorbed, contributing to osteoporosis, as well as sugars that cannot be digested and fats that are toxic.
- Unpasteurized milk has a cortisone-like factor in the cream, which is heat sensitive. This aids in combating allergies.
- Unpasteurized milk has beneficial bacteria and lactic acids, which implant in the intestines and contribute to a balanced immune system.

Raw Milk Hearing in Sacramento-April15, 2008- part 1
The question of which form a calcium is the best to supplement is answered on the video below. If you wondered why we avoid pasteurized milk products and promote raw milk products (including cheese, kefir, etc from raw milk) the last minute of the video pretty well explains it. - Pdazzler

Calcium early in life may help prevent obesity later
It’s well established that people need calcium for strong, healthy bones. But new research suggests that not getting enough calcium in the earliest days of life could also promote obesity later on.
During an 18-day trial involving 24 newborn pigs, scientists documented markedly lower levels of bone density and strength in 12 piglets fed a calcium-deficient diet compared to 12 piglets that received more calcium.
